Friendly staff but very dirty throughout. Considering the premium price of fuel you’d think the floor would be mopped and toilets cleaned more often. Basically it’s a typical motorway services, overpriced and grubby.

Cute young lady with the stretched ear lobes behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful first thing in the morning. :)

Much better space for cars since the revamp, must be one if not the most expensive places for fuel in Edinburgh. Check the in-store offers are charged correctly at the till.

Big with a Costa coffee machine but why are the pumps so close together? When you have 2 cars in each gap you have to breathe in and slide out of the car door like a burglar. Get it sorted shell. I'm not overweight but if I was I'd have to climb out the sunroof!

AVOID AVOID AVOID Incompetent rude staff who can't work their own tills. Broken machinery, and to top it off, rip off prices.

Just plain rude. I said good morning and was ignored. For me that tells me enough. Never mind the following robotic responses afterwards.

The most shocking customer service I have ever experienced. They had a till upgrade happening and had not correctly closed down the petrol station or put up any signage to make people aware. They just shouted rudely across the tannoy to bemused customers that they were closed. Two staff locked themselves in the petrol station and would not talk to any customers. Could have been handled so much better by using signage and advising customers in person. People would have understood, instead the supervisors were widely inadequate and put themselves in a stressful situation and caused a lot of frustration for customers who continued to enter the petrol station. I almost broke down on the motorway as a result.

Toilets weren't as clean as I would of expected

Susan lacks basic customer service skills as far as I can tell she’s the manager which scares me.
