The shop here is very well stocked with Waitrose products, however, the person who served me was blatantly on the phone to his friend (on an wireless earpiece) whilst serving me. Not great customer service I'm afraid!

Arrived in petrol station at 22:45 to grab a coffee and bits of shopping for my night shift walked up the door didn't open automatically so I assume just go to counter both employees quickly went out to the back of the shop , completing ignoring me and disappeared till I got back in my car... If you advertise you close at 23pm maybe let the employees know 23 pm is not 22:50 or 22:47. In future will just look for a service station that wants my business instead of being ignored.

I couldn't get your Tyre pump to work, and spoke with an employee named Conner. He couldn't have been more helpful, courteous, and very determined to sort the challenging problem for me. Conner identified the problem and I asked him if he was the Manager to which he said no. I believe Conner has all the attributes needed to be a good Manager for Shell, and I wish to say a big thank you to him for his commitment to customer service.
