Worst n rude doctors and staff.even 1star is not worth,they deserve negative rating.2weeks back I've been to my appointment,with my 4weeks old baby,got stuck in traffic n was nly 5mins late.even the nhs has 10mins of grace period,but these fellows cancelled my appointment and anyway without any treatment they will claim the money from NHS,just a trick for looting public funds.

Exceptional service, friendly staff Bill sorted out my existing teeth and suggested a bridge of ceramic teeth to replace those lost, all the work was done at a very reasonable price and done quickly and professionally. What can I say, this is world class service Unreal serivce, highly recommended, in a word brilliant.

Very good dental practice. Have been using them for a long time and my dentist (Kate Teiman) is always very lovely and professional. Highly recommend this dental practice as you feel very well looked after and that you are receiving the best care possible.

The receptionists at this dental practice are so rude constantly whispering and moaning about other members of staff and patients. So unprofessional

Months ago the dentist I think he’s the owner of the place said he couldn’t do an extraction so referred me, gave me medication but it didn’t fully work so I waited in pain for ages just to be told it was a simple extraction?!

I've been coming here since I was a toddler I'm now 29 and over the years it just seems to get worse, today I originally had an 8:30 appointment which I was called about last week and it was moved to 9am as the dentist no longer does early mornings. When I arrived at 8:50 they had no record of an appointment at all but had 9am free to 'fit me in' I was still waiting to be seen at 9:30, and all I see is them shuffling between room to room with cups of tea and there breakfasts as if I've got no where better to be.

I was at this clinic a few minutes ago and while the staff was resting they ignored my pain. I'm really sorry for this kind of humanity, they just give a phone number for emergency calls which they are just like.

So poor dentist my daughter has few damage teeth but her dentist never care i reported many times to remove or referred her to hospital because it will damage the original teeth

Seen 2 different dentists in this practice after my first dentist left their position, both have been fantastic and really efficient, while making me not feel rushed and communicating my options very clearly. Really friendly and professional in explaining treatment options, procedure, and aftercare. Reception are kind and helpful, and really accommodating for patients with health conditions. I have always been able to see a dentist in the lower floor room upon prior request- other clinical rooms are up a steep flight of stairs so unsuitable for those with mobility issues. Overall had very good experiences here, even with Dental consultations over the phone due to Covid restrictions!

What an absolute joy speaking to the reception team at this practice. They are kind sincere informative and I am truly blown away by their compassion understanding and overall excellent to customer service! These guys nail it on all levels of professionalism and decency which is truly appreciated and as my younger family members would say You Guys Rock 😃 Thanks so so much rebek
