I have used this pharmacy for years but never again. Organised chaos, missing prescriptions, staff that are oblivious to people waiting and really unhelpful. They part filled an urgent prescription on Thursday and told me to come back on Friday only to discover that they didn't have it in stock and would/could not return the prescription so I could go elsewhere to get it filled, they had failed to check that they would have it on the Friday. I simply got a it might be here on Monday but no guarantees or get the doctor to order something else. They didn't seem to care or acknowledge that a child would be in pain all weekend.

On behalf of my mother. Email to cqc and NHS England sent as my disabled mum sends her medication order in each month. Most months after 10 days the meds are not ready. She will go in ans is told 3 days to get meds. 7 days after its been ordered. The pharmacist knows my mum's out of meds and again getting her to wait until Monday 3 more days without heart medication until she can have her meds. This is not the first or 10th time. Very poor and won't be using again
