1st order cancelled due to non stock which was nice to hear, 2nd order delivered but was incorrect, I called up and checked what happened and the shop worker advised no stock!! Well what's the point in sending the order incorrectly if you have no stock. Gulab jamans have no taste to it just pure sugar!!! Kids dissapointed with kulfi as it tasted like coffee!! I have had rasmolai from here and yes I do rate it. Customer service skills need a review for sure, be a little more warm and transparent and friendly. Thanks.
