Friendly staff, great hair cut and will be going back. Only downside was the "free parking" £60 parking fine for overstaying, T&C' s not visible, thought it was a 2 hour short stay, only stayed 1hour 30 mins. Still don't know what the time limit is ?

A lovely atmosphere, all staff are warm and friendly! Very experienced hairdressers!

Fantastic helpful and so pleased with my hair

Good hairdressers however it's rather expensive. No trim available only full price cut. Blow dry is extra not part of price after having hair cut or coloured. I feel that drying hair should be a given not extra.

Absolutely love these hairdressers. All are friendly and give you their honest opinions on what will work with your hair type and facial structure. They also offer free tea, coffee and water. Can be pricey but the service they offer is 100% worth it. You don't feel like the ladies here are the type that gossip about people either which is nice as I hate that about some hairdressers. Definitely go here if you get the chance as you won't regret it.

Visited after a disastrous bleach hack job by an under qualified local hairdresser that left my hair falling out in big chunks. Kate-Aliyah and Jo spent all day trying to minimise the damage. I came out looking considerably better than when I went in! They were caring, attentive and really knew their stuff. 1st time I've visited but certainly won't be the last. I've learnt a horrible lesson and lost around 8" of hair by going to someone who didn't know what they were doing. I'll be visiting Shaltons, the professionals, in future! 5* service.
