Shocking customer service! every time I called in or phoned up all you hear is how stressed and over worked they are and make you feel as if it's a chore for them to deal with you. Also messed up with the simplest of orders, went to collect a upvc door and the slab had not even been ordered! I had the manager Sean tell me if I don't like there poor service then go elsewhere ....... That's exactly what I did!
