I’d truly recommend removing the clocks from the rooms. You can hear the tick-tock on the clock over the spa music. It can be distracting. I scheduled and paid for a 90 min massage but only received a 60 min massage. I wasn’t fully checking in until 20mins after my original appointment time. A bit disappointing due to I paid for a full 90 mins, and only received 60 mins. I know due to covid checking in is a bit different but that should take time away from my appointment. Overall it was a good experience.
