5/ 5

I attended the NTT for a Swedish massage with Serena Pearson following a positive local recommendation. The experience was truly serene. Serena was very warm, calming and attentive. She offered a pre treatment consultation and her holistic approach added much value to the outcome of my treatment. Serena is adaptive, knowledgable and brought a powerful combination of experience and expertise to help me with my neck/shoulder/back issues as well as prescriptive guidance on how to improve pains in day to day activities. Highly recommend whether you are going in for a treat or pursuing longer term holistic health evaluation. I felt lighter, more supple and pain free after the treatment. I’d never previously attended any non clinical treatments before and this experience has led me to reconsider my relationship with health, well-being and overall mental wealth. Will be back.
