I really like this place. It always has enough space for its guests. I especially enjoy coming here in colder seasons. It is clean and quiet. It is sad to see it deserted, but I enjoyed the solitude. I do miss the cafeteria with their baked eggs, though.

This is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. There’s a co-ed area with saunas of different temperatures where you wear a provided uniform and a single-gender area for the wet elements where the dress code is your birthday suit. It’s a well-maintained venue, the staff are great, and there’s a variety of options. You can also get drinks and such while you’re there too which get charged to your wristband so you don’t need to carry anything around with you inside. The only thing I wish is that they’d make a second location closer to Toronto so I could go more often. Other than that, no complaints.

Came to this place and without the full vaccine proof they won’t let you. This against freedom. And they said it’s requirement which is not. My fiancé owns spa and you don’t need to be full vaccinated to be there. Not sure how they are running their business but it’s a really bad experience.

Terrible customer service. After calling for weeks - as if leaving an auto voicemail is difficult - I finally got someone on the phone. They don't have the scrub any more and no massage. Why not the lady on the phone was unable to explain. I used to go to that place religiously. Such a bummer. I am happy to support the business but come on people it is a two way street.

Update Sep 2021: they’re open! I visited this week. Customer service was good. Not as busy as pre-pandemic, understandably. No hot or cold pools were available in the female bath area, something about the pump not working. Steam room, saunas and cold room are all open, with capacity limits. Social distancing by ensuring only every other shower is used. The exfoliation room doesn’t look like it’s being used because all the tables are pushed against the wall, but they did have bars of soap and their big loofah out in a basin so not too sure what’s happening there. The female bath area has had a bit of a face lift with better lighting now. Masks required outside of bath area but not enforced. Some other patrons weren’t wearing masks anywhere. Cafeteria was closed. Felt great to use the steam and crystal saunas again! ———- I miss Seoul Zimzilbang so much. Please reopen, you provide such an amazing service toward the health and wellbeing of your patrons. Blessings are on their way to you! 💜💜💜
