Never done anything like this before but man what an experience. The tall ceilings colored with warm colors. The soothing music that matches the relaxing aroma in the waiting room. Greeted by beautiful girls who welcome you with their smiles and invite you into their sanctuary. You can feel the toxins seeping out of your skin in the steam room while you share pleasantries with like minded folks, then reset your nerves with a cold plunge. Thank you to the lovely lady who found my book and thank you to Lu for being so sweet and delightful. So nice to be in the presence of people who truly like their job, your positivity is infectious :-)

Just had my first massage experience here and I must say I was beyond impressed. I’m usually the remedial type as I suffer from sore muscles from exercising regularly, but the Hiatus/relaxation massage should not be overlooked. Elle did a fantastic job with listening to my needs and providing the most blissful experience head to toe. That coupled with the most lovely and comforting environment will certainly bring me back. Thanks SOS 🤍

I cannot speak higher of the tranquil environment and the feminine energy in this space. From the moment I set foot into the bath-house. I felt relaxed and as if the week of stress simply washed away. I felt so safe in the space and the female staff’s presence helped to ease any concerns around mixed gender bathing. A must-visit in Melbourne.

I had a voucher for Sense of Self from a dear friend and was so impressed that I will be gifting this experience to others from now on. This space is so beautiful, calming and inspiring. I had the most amazing relaxation massage and facial with Elle. I cannot recommend SOS more highly.
