We love this shop, it had been a source of Christmas and birthday presents for a few years now. Good variety of jewellery at a reasonable price. Always helpful and knowledgeable staff, served with a smile.

Beautiful jewellery, disgusting customer service.

This is a Minus star ........ What a very rude and obnoxious man the owner is. I took some faulty earrings back and he blatantly refused to replace them or offer me a refund. He accused me of lying and said nothing was wrong with them and I had 'worn them' so he wouldn't do anything. I can honestly saying he was one of the most nastiest people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I WILL NOT be going into that shop ever again and would strongly recommend other people to do likewise.

Made a visit to this beautiful shop for the first time today. Such colours and lovely displays. Had to buy something - too good to miss and I will but further goods on my next visit to Brighton. Well Done !!

Disappointed by the store and it's policy. Was NOT advised there's no refund on items purchased. BEFORE buying any item check their Online store, as I realized after I purchased a necklace that the same item online was 25% cheaper after they advised me to sign up to the newsletter which I received and the first item that appeared was the necklace I purchased in store on the same day. Other than that, it was clean little store and interesting pieces. Valentina was super friendly and helpful. Just to note, I visited the store 3 times, once was passing by with dog, so only glanced at items had not decided what to get, second time was to purchase this item, it was also the first time I saw this necklace, was initially looking at the cherry necklace but friends thought it was not suitable, therefore picked a more neutral necklace as gift, 3rd and last time I visited the store was for a refund, which was the first time I was pointed out the refund and exchange policy that is not prominently displayed. It's a shame. None the less, worth browsing, interesting pieces. Learnt my lesson to check online and ask re their shop policies in advance especially since it's a small store. Couple of things to remember when buying from a store like this: 1)check their online store first 2) always ask about refund policy before purchasing anything in case you change your mind.
