THE WORST ! Thought I was buying energy A rated product according to the brochure ? What I received was badly made units that do not seal and are both noisy and draftee. Complaints/After sales consisted of none return of phone calls, emails that are ignored and arrangement for people to call then not show up ? FENSA referred me to trading standards for incorrect fitting ? Repairs to my units consisted of sticking on extra bits of plastic that look terrible and did not cure the problem ? Last of all the warranty which is a piece of paper that does not get your units fixed ?

*AVOID* None responsive to emails and phone calls! This is before I even placed an order. Can only Imagine what it’s like if you experience a problem and need to make a warranty claim. Good luck with that.

GOOD SERVICE BUT PROBLEMS SINCE. Friendly and great communications, really helped me and quality of figment was good. But! Less then 2 years down the line door chrome is pitted and looks worse than the old door they replaced. Contacted to be told only a years warranty on door furniture but I could buy a replacement from them - not a long enough warranty in my opinion! So it has to be a low review - this isn’t a sustainable situation.

Quality service. The lads that delivered were extremely friendly and seemed to love their job. The windows themselves were great quality, the welding was top notch, smooth as out and no extra pieces of plastic that you sometimes see. I'd take a guess they have a blow gun at the bench. Definitely recommend and I'd say give those lads a bonus.
