Moved here recently and signed up to this surgery. Everything has been great and the best thing is that the reception staff are really helpful and friendly, the first time I have come across this in a GP surgery.

In May I went away to Wales and cutting a long story short, i didn't have enough meds to get me through my time there, and my new prescription was now in a chemist at home. I called the surgery from Wales and spoke with a lovely lady called Linda who was extremely helpful and sympathetic to my plight. Due to complications sharing prescriptions between English and Welsh authorities, Linda went above and beyond to help and managed to arrange for me to collect medication. Thank you so much Linda for all your help and support that day, it was very much appreciated. You saved our holiday, and relieved a lot of stress and anxiety. You are a credit to the surgery! X

Disappointed that need to go to concept house now for general health matters i.e blood pressure. Live close to Sefton Road and moved over from the previous GP who Dr Goldberg took over from as wanted my GP close to home. Little unfair on people who have to take public transport to Concept House especially when we are currently being told to avoid it. I hope service resumes at Sefton Road soon as not sure I want to travel to Concept House in definitely when the GP I signed up for is down the road.
