Changed dentist to this practice in June 2018, appointment with Kyle,.never saw her again.the practice constantly cancelled my appointment, and in August I saw So, did a great job. 6 months on new appointment, cancelled, make a.new for today 17 Sept. Phone the practice 15 Sept as I had a doctor's appointment and to cancel, however after a discussion I retained the Dental appointment, cancelled the doctors. Only to turn up at the dentist to be advised left a message my appointment cancelled. It appears that they retain patients knowing that the Kyle one left over a year ago. SO NOW GOING TO CHANGE MY DENTIST.

Very good service. Very polite staff. Dentist Elena is a very good specialist. I used to always be afraid of dentists. After I started to treat Elena's teeth, I stopped being afraid of dentists. She is a very good specialist. Recomend for everybody. Aida Dukaeva.

Had 2 fillings done, they were a bit sensitive so had to go back but Kylie is great and gives good advice; would reccomend to anyone.

I went as a new patient I seen the dentist she took x ray and then told me what treatment I would be getting I had a further 2 appointments I had 2 teeth taken out and 2 fillings and the next appointment was to get my teeth clean in which all was spot on for me I got a appointment in 6 months with the dentist excellent treatment

I had a bad wisdom tooth infection and they refused to help me because I never had a recent check up. Would have had to wait 2 weeks to get sorted. I got seen to elsewhere.

Went in for an emergency appointment. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and kind. Sorted me so quickly and made me feel at ease.

I have an abscess in my jaw, had if for nearly a year not in pain but it can cause sepsis and spread to the rest of my jaw. Not only that but can be fateful to people that have have it, I have stated that I have an abscess but they will not take you in unless you are in pain. Do not bother with these people they don't care or do they pay any attention because they are the reason I'm having this issue in the first place. I'm young age and shouldn't have to be scared of loosing teeth.

I had been going to this dentist for quite a while. I was referred for a dental implant which took 18mths then the pandemic hit. Turns out they don't send reminders for appointments and simply knock you off their books. Called up to get an emergency appointment as my bridge has fallen out. Was told I need to go back to whoever put the bridge in. How is that when I've moved from that dentist 10yrs ago?! If you have had work done elsewhere I'd suggest you avoid this dentist as it appears they can't fix other people's work oh and they also don't remind you re check up appointments but throw you off their books because you don't attend, despite no one attending a dentist due to the pandemic.

Had an emergency appointment today. My experience today was excellent. I was a nervous patient but was put at ease. Recommended. *****
