Generally uninviting, food in the fusion restaurant was excellent but breakfast was mediocre and the service was nothing special. Nice guy on door as we left but, others were not exceptional for the price ticket, highly inflated. Would not go back.

Gorgeous classic hotel in a stunning coastal spot. The rooms are really lovely and luxurious, the spa is large but feels intimate with a heavenly pool space and outdoor heated plunge pools, two restaurants with delicious food, and very friendly, courteous, professional and helpful staff. They are taking covid precautions seriously which was much appreciated, and I would definitely return.

We had a beautiful time at Seaham Hall, all staff were attentive and friendly, upon arrival we relaxed and had a gorgeous massage and made the most of the spa facilities. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was superb and we also had a restful sleep in the cosy suite that had a lovely view. I would highly recommend Seaham hall with its wonderful atmosphere and outstanding spa.

Went for a sandwich lunch however, none of the advertised artisan bread so just plain brown or white sliced. Same price for sandwiches though £11 and £12 outrageous. I asked for a britvic orange and lemonade I was given a cordial and lemonade which was disgusting. We left. A beautiful hotel needs to get their act together. I

Thoroughly enjoyed my spa day experience at Seaham Hall. Staff were friendly and welcoming. My day was well planned out and I received an email confirmation with an itinerary. The facilities were all very cleaned and there were plenty of towels and water for use. The food at the restaurant was also top notch.
