Wanted to write a review for the brilliant Seaside circuits class that I just attended at Sea Lanes. Gemma's class was fun and full of energy. Gemma was super helpful, making sure I knew every exercise and modifying some exercises for injuries I have. She checked up on me throughout the class and corrected my posture when necessary. Couldn't recommend more 😊

Good place for take-out coffee during lockdown restrictions Use it regularly easy to drive and park opposite. However the options of cakes are very disappointing and sizes are very small while prices are high. So coffee ☕gets a plus but cake options a minus. Stay safe xx
