ScS – Sofa Carpet Specialist leeds

Spent weeks trailing round looking for a new sofa for my mum. From the moment we walked in the door on both occasions the sales guy was on us like a tramp o chips. Once we were happy to place an order he inputs all into his IPad. Delivery of the suite, the delivery lads dropped the suite tearing the plastic which left an awful dirty mark on the cushion, no apology once I pointed the mark out he casually replies just rub it with soapy water!!! To add insult to injury the far too keen to help sales guy in the excitement of gaining a sale has ordered the wrong shade of grey!!!!!!! Furious and no help after sales

They were super friendly, they went out of their way to help me and I left being the prown owner of what I went in for. It makes a change to get great service in Bradford

We came in to the Bradford branch to order our new sofa and couldn't fault Jamie for all the help he gave us. Even after placing our order we then decided we needed to amend the sizing twice and he jumped straight on and did the changes for us both times no questions asked. He went out of his way to make sure we was happy with our purchase. The other members of staff were also very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely experience choosing our new sofas. We ended up getting something totally different to what we had in mind but couldn't be more excited for delivery day! Would defo recommend a visit to anyone fancying some new couches! :)

Absolutely amazing service and no pushy sales techniques at all, both Susan and shak were really helpful and allowed us to make our own decision in our own time. Left feeling really good about our purchase and felt we were well informed about the addition products that come with the sofa. Will definitely return in the future.

Mostly overpriced and having to wait months for delivery isnt good. Seems most furniture stores make you wait weeks for your furniture. Not good
