In the catalogue you will find Tools, Heating & Plumbing, Electrical & Lighting, Bathrooms & Kitchens, Outdoor & Gardening, Screws, Nails & Fixings, Security & Ironmongery, Building & Doors, Safety & Workwear, Sealants & Adhesives, Storage & Ladders, Auto & Cleaning and decorating items. You can collect in store after browsing through the free catalogue, click & collect your items or have your items delivered free if you spend over £50 (£5 next day). Screwfix also offer a before 12 noon delivery and a before 10am delivery at an extra cost.

Ordered an item online for click and collect, when I arrived the store was busy, there was one crew for people placing orders and three for click and collect. As the person at the front of the order due was asking many questions and not sure what they were buying they started to take orders in all three of the click and collect points, which is annoying when you ordered online for quickness. I feel they should have opened one or two of the click and collects for orders but left the third for what it is designed for. Was in there for 20 minutes.

Never used screwfix before but what a fantastic group of staff. I was after a byfolding door inge for a kitchen cupboard, 2 staff took the time to search and make sure I had the right inge. What impressed me was that they were near closing time yet they took there time to make sure I had the right product, even better I had 2 inges for under a fiver. Fantastic team that's all I can say.
