She is an outstanding support, and keeps me up to date with any repairs, issues and the general status of the property. Highly recommended.

We have rented with Scott Fraser for a number of years now and have always experienced an excellent service. Our current Property Manager, Susanne Bleisch, is very quick to act on any maintenance issues ensuring that they are resolved as soon as possible. We're very happy tenants!

With a wide selection of lettings agencies in Oxford, my key criteria for choosing an agency were: reliable, independent and able to take great photos of a property. Scott Fraser came out top! They didn’t disappoint with the photos they took of my flat. I’m very happy with the tenants they found. And Jo is always super responsive to any questions or queries I may have.
