Standards have definitely dropped in this shop . Where is the baker boys you see baking fresh daily?

Standards have definitely dropped in this shop . Where is the baker boys you see baking fresh daily? The hot food is either half cooked or reheats, staff look utter clueless and struggle to count . I won't be back and if this is the standard now , this business won't last long because customers aren't stupid.
