The staff who work in this shop think they are too cool and trendy to condescend to serve older people. I was totally ignored the 15-20 minutes I was in the shop, even although I was trying on trainers as well as other footwear. Young people who had just entered the shop were welcomed and asked if they needed any help! I left and went to another shoe shop, where the assistants were not only cool and trendy, but were also courteous and helpful when I asked them if I could try on a pair of Converse trainers which I duly purchased. Young people should remember that they will also be older one day.....do they want to be treated as though they`re invisible???

I really like going in here. They have a great selection of shoe styles and this time there were some good offers in their sale. Still, to date I haven't bought anything from them...

Great service by a lovely girl called aurora. Helped us pick sizes well and guided us through the process of the shoes. Perfect customer service and very efficient. Went with my mum who’s older now, was lovely to see her being treated so kindly. Will return!

I visited 2 minutes before they shut for wellies and the staff were very patient showing me the QR code to save a fiver. Very competitive prices, fast service and good staff. Well done schuh.
