Absolute disgrace, after 9 months of communication about a 1 day a week apprenticeship course for my daughter in hairdressing the organisation is shocking to the extent of 2 weeks prior to starting we were no clearer to what site she was attending, what day her release was , what kit she needed . When I and her boss called several times always received incorrect Info . I wouldn't advise anyone to relay on this college to get your child a good career, when they cant even organize their selfs . Thank god Reflections Training Academy had one space available for my child to start just In time for sept .

They invited me in for a interview only to say I was not eligible for the course even though it said otherwise on the website and I had to cancel my other education needs in order to attend this interview and this will now effect my current learning as I will need to catch up on work. They need better communication between staff and the tutors attitude was quite rude. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COLLEGE TO ANYONE. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!

It is HORRIBLE how they treat human beings. They make the student feel really bad, screaming them and not treating them with respect. If make a enquiry by mail It takes weeks to answer (If you are lucky) and if you go to ask to reception (Physically) nobody knows anything. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Definetely I wouldn´t reccoment It.
