Had a 'root drag' done in the week and what a mess. I had colour deposits on my hair as if someone had put different sized bowls on my head and drawn around them with black marker pen, ruining the lovely ash blonde that I had before going in. I was rebooked in a couple of days later to have it corrected, and it's slightly better but my poor fringe is now frazzled and damaged from having to highlight it again because the initial root drag covered the blonde that I originally had. Sadly having to fork out more money just 10 days later to have it redone elsewhere.

Popped in to have my fringe cut as my usual hairdresser is closed. They fitted me in within half an hour, even offered to do it for free. Excellent customer service. Thanks so much.
