I can’t speak highly enough of Sawyer and Co. We bought and sold our flat through them and used them as our lettings agent for the 5 years we owned the property. They provide excellent service. Their sales team are polite, efficient and worked with us to sell the property and ensure the sale proceeded smoothly. Thanks to Ashley, Bob and team. Also a massive thank you to Emma in lettings. She dealt with a lot of repair issues on the property and was amazing. Emma was helpful, offered advice and managed the property well for us. I can’t recommend Sawyer and Co highly enough.

Working with Sawyer & Co initially to look for a flat was good. Both estate agents Toby and Ellie were professional about their work and made the gruelling experience much more bearable. We are now renting a flat managed by Sawyer & Co and our experience thus far with that side of the business is as good. Joe has proven to be very responsive. All in all a pleasure to deal with this estate agent.

This review has changed completely since last writing. I had a bad first impression of Sawyer and Co for unrelated reasons to renting or buying with them, but the professionalism and decorum they have shown to me today has made my review turn 180°. I received an apology from the director and the people that had caused inconvenience personally, we spoke and I got the impression they were very nice honest people. My reviews are aimed to never smear a company but to improve customer service and public image if anything and this company has gone above and beyond for my satisfaction. I would recommend Sayer & Co to anyone for their professionalism and kindness!

Sawyers have been great in dealing with the sale of our home. The sales brochure was produced quickly and was very comprehensive. In particular it has been a pleasure dealing with John who is not only extremely professional but also friendly and approachable. Would have no hesitation in recommending Sawyers.

We had a very positive experience with Esme Gunner of Sawyer & Co at the Hove branch. Esme greeted us in person at the branch first and went through the viewings and lettings process. She met us at a property for a viewing and showed us around. She was discreet, allowing ample time for us to look around and shared an honest opinion about the flat without overselling. She followed up quickly on a number of questions we had and was professional during a second measuring visit. We would recommend the agency and Esme too.

We have only positive things to say about our numerous dealings with Sawyer & Co. We have experience of using them for sales, block management and lettings and would highly recommend them for all of these. With our most recent sale many members of the team acted professionally and efficiently throughout, to get us to completion, with a special mention to Chloe who was lovely to deal with throughout. Katie in block management is a real asset to the team, she is personable, organised and efficient and works really hard to provide solutions to problems. We were also impressed with the lettings team who helped to find the right tenants for us and with all the paperwork that goes along with that. Sawyers are one of the best agents in Brighton & Hove. I always use them to let my properties.
