We received a card through the post from Sawyer & Co saying that our property had been highlighted with having the potential for development. This is something we had looked into previously without success, however, we thought we would respond to see what they had to say. Sawyer & Co were very professional when we subsequently met up with them and they were very enthusiastic about our chances to develop. They explained that they had a number of developers who they could show our property to and we agreed to let them do this on our behalf. A few developers looked at our property and after some negotiation with one of them we agreed a price for the site. The whole process with Sawyer & Co went really well and they were professional and courteous at all times. We were never rushed to get the sale completed and we were treated with the utmost respect at all times. The whole process went really well and we are more than satisfied with the outcome. It would have been easy to just chuck their initial card in the recycling bin and we are very glad that we didn't!!! Sawyer & Co also acted for us in the sale of a property a few years ago and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I would recommend them 100%

After a year trying and failing to sell our flat with another estate agent Sawyer & Co found us a buyer very quickly and we have now exchanged contracts so we are very pleased! It was a totally different experience dealing with Sawyer & Co in comparison with our previous estate agent. We felt that they were really looking after our interests, knew us and our property well and we could trust them. Very good experience. We kept in touch for at least three months, comunicating mostly by email almost everyday and all our questions were promptly answered. Throughout this time, sometimes, we felt to come and speak personally and they were also available to receive us and explain every point of the process we went through. Bob Beaken, who was in charge of our case, were specially aware and well informed about everything and always had details about was happening, easy to reach by phone and by email. Thanks to his commitment and professionalism, we got out keys just before Christmas. We couldn't be more thankful to him.

We first put our property on with another agent and were very disappointed that our house wasn’t sold in the 3 months. We then contacted Sawyer & Co & Aaron came to see us and was friendly, professional, enthusiastic and proactive from the start and in fact to the end. On the 1st day with Sawyer & Co our house was sold for a very good price that we were more than happy with. That was back in February. Unfortunately we couldn’t find a suitable property to buy until the end of August. During that time Aaron kept our buyers fully informed of our progress and showed us properties that he thought we’d like. Finally we found somewhere and our offer was accepted. Aaron was as delighted as us and so were our buyers! Aaron continued to go above and beyond I believe by continually giving us advice and liaising with all parties until the end. Aaron, the sales progressor at the Portslade office, was honestly fantastic. We felt fully supported from the day we booked a viewing at the Sawyer & co office right to the completion date. Any question, big or small, was always answered and we felt prioritised every time we were contacted and updated with the process of our purchase.
