Debbie Anne Taylor of the Salisbury office was absolutely lovely and extremely efficient and "on the ball" when it came to us buying our house in Wiltshire. She was always happy to help, whether it was recommending lawyers or arranging rather too many viewings for various family members. We were under considerable time pressure to move in for Christmas and we managed it thanks to her and the team.

A fantastic Estate Agent. I was really looked after by Patrick Brady who navigated me through the complexities of a house purchase. Charming, loyal and an excellent communicator, I felt I am a valued client. As a buyer, I felt he respectfully represented the interests of the sellers, while ensuring my own interests were accurately represented. I found Savills to be professional and approachable - from the front desk to others standing for Patrick. Overall, a good experience and one I thoroughly recommend. KMC.

Having spent a long time trying to find our 'dream home' and experiencing a range of mediocre agents it was a delight to experience the service provided by the Savills team in Salisbury. It was not just Patrick Brady who was our key contact but the whole team who surpassed our expectations in terms of securing our next family home. We were challenging clients but nothing appeared to be too much trouble for the team who did all that we asked and went the extra mile when we requested it. It seems rare these days to find such quality service and we are grateful for the team restoring our belief in caring for customers in a sincere and empathetic manner that made us feel truly supported and valued as clients.

4/ 5

Throughout the sale process we found the service of the team at Savills to be professional, attentive , helpful and friendly. In particular, we were impressed by the photography and thoughtful wording of the sales brochure. We also appreciated the manner in which our sales negotiator handled outstanding issues between ourselves and the buyers resulting in an early exchange of contracts .

Stunning service! I can only say that Matt Orchard and his team have provided the most seamless service with my sale, the speed of responses to emails or telephone calls was unheard of in these often disappointing times, I honestly can't praise the team/company enough. I have felt throughout the sale that I was their only client, the speed they have dealt with buyer's queries was exemplary. There is the famous quote "You get what you pay for " well in this case they were no more costly than other agents (bar one!) I firmly believe that when selling a house you want a sale, the sooner they sell it the more they deserve their commission and in this case 100% deserved, the team were simply brilliant. Thank you Matt and the team from a very grateful client!

Matt Orchard handled our purchase meticulously. He followed everything up, answered questions willingly and checked with solicitors of both parties regularly, keeping us informed of every step. As a result we'd exchanged within just over five weeks. Must be a record! Everyone is very welcoming in the Salisbury branch and nothing is too much trouble.
