Don’t rent a premises unless you want a 6 month battle to get your deposit back. That’s without any issues with how the property was left. Also I had to pay for locks to be changed even though I had emails from them telling me to not send the keys back after asking where to post them to. Make sure you send them the keys recorded delivery even if they tell you not to.

Absolute rogues. I was unlucky enough to be managed by this company while I was renting a property. I was harassed and unable to enjoy my covenant of “Quiet enjoyment” while I was living there with demands to take days off work for different contractual works which weren’t required or necessary. In the end it affected my mental health and I moved out. At which point the graduate Hannah came round to do a check out. I payed to get the carpet cleaned and the house painted. She subsequently said the house was fine and thanked me for allowing access for viewings. Once I was out they tried to screw me over for £12,000 for external and internal decorations. I took them to the TDS and luckily got the majority of my £2250 deposit back. Be very careful with these rogues, if you have to deal with them make sure they don’t take advantage or try and screw you Iver like they did me.

5/ 5

My wife and I recently moved to the Cotswolds. Savills have been absolutely Briliiant, I can honestly say the experience was made easy. Victoria in particular has been fantastic in helping me along the way. Being quite new to the whole experiance I had a fair few questions, Victoria always made the time to answer an email or phone call and help me out. This in itself deserves 5 stars!! I can't think a single thing to complain about!
