As a tenant we have been so happy with the services provided by lettings negotiator, Paul Eaton, and the property manager, Fiona Mather, at Savills Cambridge. We actually left our previous property partially because we had such a terrible time with the previous letting agency also from Cambridge. We can't say enough good things about Savills Cambridge in comparison. Very helpful, thorough and actually decent people that seem to care.

I have a very positive experience renting from Savills Cambridge and I definitely recommend them. Ms Kristina Pascuzzi, the agent who assisted me throughout the process, was extremely helpful: from finding a time that worked for me to view properties, to getting the rental application approved, to helping me plan for my move-in. She answered all my emails in a matter of minutes (!) and she went out of her way to assist me when I asked her if I could visit the property before my move-in date to take measurements so that I could start arranging for my furniture. I interacted with a couple of other people and I can say that they are all courteous and professional.

I had a great experience with Savills. Mr. Paul Eaton was of great help and always provided quick and helpful responses to my questions. He was even able to coordinate with me to find a property while I was still in the U.S. I would highly recommend Savills.

Savills Cambridge are in a league of their own. Highly recommended to any homeowners considering selling! From the first valuation meeting with James Barnett to the final key handover, the sale with James, Annie Darling and the rest of the team was pure hassle-free professionalism. All steps along the selling road were just right - the valuation, the marketing, the viewings, the tactics, the offer, and all the support during the 'under offer' stage. Communication was excellent too; I never noticed 'seller stress' or wondered what was happening. A big thank you to James, Annie and colleagues.

Annie Darling was tireless in securing and accompanying viewings and always professional and positive when showing people around . She often worked out of hours and followed things up in her own time to give us quick feedback on every viewing. Lucy Banks was similarly fantastic with viewings, follow ups and progressing our sale, keeping us informed and helping us throughout every stage of the sales process. She liaised with solicitors and buyers, making sure on a weekly basis that things were progressing smoothly and keeping us updated at all times.The whole team was responsive and helpful and when working with them I felt they were as invested in our sale as we were. They worked hard on our behalf and we have been delighted.

My personal experience during our house purchase was extremely satisfying. Our house interested many parties, Savills was very professional and fair against all where James with Annie’s help at a point stopped the painful bidding war to conclude with final offers on a set date. From that point onwards their continued hands on approach helped us to exchange in a very short time which was very much appreciated. I would be happy to work with them again.
