I used to love using this Post Office until the new owner took over. On each occasion I have been in there are large queues, the shop is untidy but worst of all, he is rude. He doesn't acknowledge you, doesn't speak to you and is always talking to someone else in his own language on his mobile phone so it's unlikely to be a Post Office enquiry. Really reluctant to go in there now even though it's the most convenient one for me.

Really poor service, rude and unfriendly. The shop looks as though it needs a good clean & prices have gone up. Even though this is the closest I will walk down to Moreton cross if I need to post anything. I’ll be very surprised if they are still in business in 12 months AVOID

I was in the shop buying some envelopes and saw the Asian Post office staff being rude and offensive to a customer., Customer was well mannered but the staff blamed the customer and told them to get out and never come back. Disgraceful behaviour. Go there if you want to be offended.

Pity there is not a zero star review option. I don't normally do reviews but in this case I had to.

Pity there is not a zero star review option. I don't normally do reviews but in this case I had to. Fuming!. Owner was unhelpful, rude and offensive. Treats the Post Office like his own corner shop.
