Best place to practice yoga in Cambridge! The only place where I finally found traditional yoga and meditation classes. People are very friendly. Great selection of yoga and meditation classes offered, all levels and all audiences including family yoga, teens yoga, pregnancy yoga and toddlers yoga. Teachers are good and classes are limited to about 15 people which really enhances the quality of the teaching. Definitely recommend!
