Sorry I'm really disappointed with the way my hair has been cut I was recommended to go with a different style layers put into my hair I normally go for s very blunt cut which works for me can't manage it at all so I'm back to square one and will have to grow it all out which will take.ages

Struggle with going to the hairdressers and managing my hair. Went for a first haircut in a while, I usually come out really unhappy. I booked in with Lee who did an amazing cut on my hair. I would really recommend him as a hairdresser. He wanted to know about my lifestyle and cut my hair according to the information I gave him. My hair feels really good and I feel like I have the confidence now to try something new on my next visit. Thank you.

My first time in the Sassoon salon in Manchester. Definitely a 5 star experience there. The haircut is always fab. Lizzie the stylist who cut my hair was amazing. Thank you.

Rang up asked for most Senior stylist. Arrived at Manchester salon. Had a consultation with the stylist. I explained I did not want my hair short. The stylist recommended slightly longer than collar length Bob. The cut seemed to go well she said I will just under cut it. Then when it was finished straighteners applied. I seemed happy but then I went to my normal salon she said let me show you the back and sides of your hair it has been hacked and is very uneven. My hairdresser asked how much I paid I replied £90 she started laughing and called her staff over to look at the cut.I had my hair recut all one length for the princely sum of ten pound for the cut and ten pound for the blow dry. I went back to Vidal Sassoon and had my money refunded. I did not want to have my hair recut at Vidal Sassoon due to the fact I had a bad experience.

Relaxed atmosphere and always a great service

This is the best salon in Manchester by far. All the staff are really friendly and professional. I have my hair cut by Ashley. Each time I come in for a cut with her my expectations are exceeded and today was no exception. Ashley listens really well to the brief and always comes up with brilliant suggestions based on that brief. I have had lots of haircuts and different styles with Ashley. It’s great to find such a talented hairstylist who can be confidently trusted to deliver an amazing cut. It’s taken a long time to find a hairstylist that I can stay with. A sign of a good haircut is how well it grows out and no complaints here. Also people always compliment my haircut. In addition to Ashley’s technical ability. Ashley is a really kind warm person who is genuine and always makes a person feel good about themselves. Thank you, Ashley x

I have visited this salon a few times and each time I have always had a lovely welcome with friendly and helpful staff. Kaelan, who cuts my hair, is an absolutely amazing stylist. He always listens carefully to what I want and cuts my hair with immaculate precision. He takes great care to make sure that I’m happy at every stage. The end result is always perfect and keeps in shape until I’m due to have it cut again. He’s also lovely to talk to. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Perfect way to start the day with a hair cut by Kaelan. He’s knowledgeable, professional, a great stylist, has excellent attention to detail and is an all round lovely person. I feel very comfortable with him and wouldn’t swap my salon experience for anything! What a treat. The salon itself is friendly, welcoming and clean…I honestly can’t fault it.
