I purchased a car from Sartin's back in July but I had a minor interface with a Deer carcass about six weeks ago. As a result of repair work carried out by another garage it was noticed that the front subframe was corroded but I was told that the local main dealership would be able to help under a special manufacturer's warranty. Upon inspection by the main dealership I was informed that no my car wasn't covered due to it not being severe enough. I went back to Sartin's to find out if the six months purchase warranty would cover it which of course it didn't. However they had my car in to carry out the work by stripping the affected area back, repainting and resealing it and then didn't charge me for it! Thanks ever so much, that kind of customer care goes an awful long way.

Excellent family business that puts the customer first. Great service and support throughout. Good choice of cars at competitive prices. The one I bought came with 6 month warranty so they obviously have faith in their work and product. Highly recommended.

Bought a 2013 Qashqai from this place about 2 months ago, the car was driving nice, it was well looked after as well. Unfortunately I had a crash on the way back from holidays and I can say I already miss the car... Very polite people, friendly, amazing customer service!

Sold a car to me with oil leaks,badly coraded sub frame (very dangerous while driving kids round) coraded springs,none of this was in the mot online history as well which was concerning,gave them 1 star as they gave me my money back but left me with no car no transport for work and school runs,will never return here and would not recommend,family run business thought they would look after you,
