I have been a tenant with Sarah Kenny for over 7 years and throughout that time I have found the company to be helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. Not only were they fantastic at finding the right property for me, but they have looked after me incredibly well since. They act swiftly when any niggles arise and always communicate well with me. Terrible agents. Only interested in taking your money. No details of any of the properties. Nothing but bad experiences. Also more expensive than anywhere else. No thanks

Emma F and Bridgette in the office were so incredible helpful in helping us find a beautiful new home they really went the extra mile. I think the inventory could have been a lot more thorough with greater attention to detail. That being said we love our new home

We found a lovely rental property through Sarah Kenny and just moved in this week. Once the landlord approval process had been completed, the staff were all helpful and keeping us informed about the next steps, and helping to set everything up for the move in day, which under the current circumstances is very welcome. The only area I would suggest it can be even better, is if your application is handles by one dedicated agent, I have had various contact with the whole team I think ( who were all very nice). Overall very good

Couldn't recommend Sarah Kenny enough! Myself and my partner recently moved to Bristol from Ireland and were very lucky to have found a property let by Sarah Kenny. They made the process so much more accessible and seamless from start to finish and every staff person we spoke with was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. We had to find a place during September 2021, in what one landlord described to us as "the busiest the market has been in the last 15 years". I think we were fortunate to find Sarah Kenny. They were attentive and professional. Even though we kept trying to book viewings for properties that had already been taken, they kept trying to guide us through the process. Recommended.
