Doesn't take Santander account payments... If you have a credit card statement that has Santander UK plc listed as the payment account, don't waste your time going to this branch, they classifies those as corporate accounts (for a personal credit card) and will refuse to accept a payment for it.

On behalf of my wife, her online Santander is not clear, and does not clearly show direct debit payments when made. I'm with another bank and my balance is automatically altered when a payment is made. Credit card payments show as pending.
