Was asked to attend this branch to pick up my new card, put my mask on and was invited into the branch, when I got to the cashiers desk I had to drop my mask slightly as it kept misting up my glasses, please note the cashier was at least 3 mtrs away from me, had his mask on, a complete glass screen in front of us, and nobody near me, the nearest person was at least 5 mtrs away, and all he kept saying was I need to cover my nose, explained the reason, but would not listen, just kept saying need to cover my nose, then he called a manager, and when he left the desk position was muttering away to himself, very disrespectful, the manager approached me and just said the exact same thing, wouldn’t listen to any reason I had, even though none of them wore glasses, 1st time in that branch and certainly won’t return to do any business in there. Total disgrace, for a 5 min business transaction, will be removing my account from Santander and moving my money elsewhere! Allan
