Had to go into the branch to close my partner''s account as he had recently passed away. I would just like to say that the service I received was brilliant . Lynne Bryson was the lady I dealt with and she was so professional and understanding it made a difficult time very easy. I would also like to say that Alison in the bereavement team also warrants a mention. These ladies are a credit to the company Thanks Sandra Burns

Deserves a reward for worst bank of the decade for the way they handle things. Will give students overdraft accounts on low income for first time banking experience and don't inform customers of any overdraft made for over 2 weeks. Always arguments inside their branches all over Ayrshire.
