Santai Spa

I visited Santai Spa for my birthday yesterday and overall, I had a pleasant experience. I did, however, feel that the place was generally small and the facilities were fairly limited in terms of the size of the pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub and there were only 4 tiled hot loungers, therefore, despite them limiting the number of guests gaining access to the spa within a specific timeslot, it still felt busy and crowded. At present, they have social distancing measures in place which means that only one party are able to access the sauna and steam room and only 4 people are able to access the hot tub at any one time. Access to the sauna, steam room and hot tub must be booked in advance with reception and each session only lasts for 15 minutes - I totally understand these policies being in place though due to the current situation; it was just sad knowing that my time in the hot tub had come to an end! The only other thing that I wasn't particularly content about was the fact that the welcome pack that I received upon arrival had clearly stated that the spa is a "place of relaxation" and therefore, guests were not permitted to take their mobile phones into the spa out of respect for other guests yet there were two girls in particular who were playing music on their phones and at one point, took a phone call and spoke to their friend on loud speaker!!! I understand that this isn't always something that staff can monitor constantly, however, perhaps stricter rules surrounding this should be looked into and enforced in the future? Nevertheless, I was very impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the entire venue so I would recommend it and look to return myself in the future.

An excellent Spa I had the pleasure of experiencing on our stay at the Genting hotel in Resorts World. Wonderful clean facilities all round including a nicely sized swimming pool, gym facilities, steam room, sauna, hot tiled loungers and my favourite was the outdoor terrace jacuzzi. Sufficiently sized changing room with lockers, showers, toilets and dryers for your swimwear. A must visit if you are staying at the hotel or even if you are just visiting Resorts World for the day. Highly Recommended!!!!

Charlotte Victoria Lisa Antonio Sian To name a few who will make your experience fabulous.Emily the manager has really helped to make Santai spa a Exceptional standard of customer service and cleanliness. I had a pedicure (thank u Sian)which was amazing and such a relaxing atmosphere. This is one place where the staff listen and cater to your needs to make you feel welcome, relaxed and wanting to come back. In a era where we all want to look after our mental health and well being this is definitely the place to come! Happiness guaranteed !!!!

Super clean, great gym swim etc. Friendly professional staff and very polite.... Iove it.

Have been coming here often since it’s opened, I enjoy the views from the outdoor pool and the treatments they offer.

Came on a spa day which included spa access 3 hours and afternoon tea for £50. The spa itself is new and well equipped. Although it’s small, they’ve made full use of the space. There are plenty of facilities and the outdoor hot tub is a great feature. The relaxation room could be a few degrees warmer that’s the only feedback I have. Afternoon tea in the restaurant was fab. Delicious food and nice views. I can’t believe how local this spa is; I’ll be visiting again!

What a fantastic spa! All of the staff were so helpful, polite and friendly when we visited in August. We will definitely book again!

Amazing experience. The Staff were very Polite, welcoming, helpful and I felt comfortable. The experience was out of this World, will revisit for sure..the hot tub was situated in the best spot, was lovely. You all need to go and enjoy. Situated within the Building are Restaurants, Cinema and many more entertaining areas also Hotel close by, there are so many things to do. The outside view is lovely too. A must do for everyone. First time visiting this spa I had such a lovely day. The massage was exactly what I asked for and the spa facilities were great including the ladies at the reception very lovely and friendly. The only downfall was the changing rooms as they are small. I will definitely be going back!

Amazing place for relaxing, i’m a member at the gym it’s always quiet and views are really nice The spa is very relaxing with all you need to unwind and chill out Victoria and Charlotte on reception are extremely warm comforting welcoming, it's always a pleasure to come here and do a workout.
