It's a large rough park that is not maintained to a level that makes it use-able by the public. Espe

It's a large rough park that is not maintained to a level that makes it use-able by the public. Especially when it rains. Dozens of puddles appear that render the paths unpassable for days. Part of it is currently construction site.
