A Great Gym!. Been coming to this Gym at lunchtime s for a few years now, it is well equipped, never to busy and Sam and his staff are very friendly and always available for a chat. There are plenty of running machines, bikes, etc and a good selection of weight lifting equipment also available is a sauna and steam room. If you want a friendly gym with great staff this is a good place to come. Highly recommended
