The best Italian restaurant. Great service; friendly and attentive. The most delicious food. So hard to choose even from a understandably reduced menu. Would highly recommend.

Definitely the best Italian place in Manchester. Everything is done properly in the authentic Italian way, southern Italian way. The staff is funny, kind and they look like a family driven restaurant, even if they're not. Every dish is done with fresh products but most importantly, Italian products: the tagliere is full of cured meat and cheeses that you can never find in any shop in the city. The pizza dough is astonishingly well prepared and very easy to digest. Parmigiana is a must to try. Super recommended by a southern Italian "good fork"

I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this fine place. Well we had a delightful evening and the place was evidently the reason for this outstanding event. The crew helped in a sweet manner, the meals were very good and my buddies were extremely glad. We shall definitely visit again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

We love it at Salvi's Cucina and have been many times over the years - the food and service is always second to none. I always recommend the restaurant to friends. Personal favourites are the parmigiana and the Pasta Nerano, although it's hard to go wrong with your choices here!

Absolutely amazing food!!! I'm Italian and we have great family recipes but this is the best Italian restaurant I have ever tried in the north of UK. Visit it, you won't regret it! 10/10!
