Salt Therapy NQ has become an integral part of my well being plan; my go to sanctuary once I feel the onset of a cold or even to relax after a busy week. The salt rooms are incredibly relaxing and a great place to switch off or read a book whilst soaking up all of the benefits!

Great staff and very accommodating with my 2 kids. Very relaxing place to go and kids love it.
