Salt therapy has been a huge help to managing my alergies and preventing the constant sinusitis I was suffering from. It has been a regular part of my week for a few years now and I wouldn't have it any other way. I also love the calm quiet atmosphere of the session, a bit of a timeout from our chaotic world, as an added bonus.
