Your website says you are open today until 3.45pm but I came in to get a coffee at 3.05pm and the young girl said you were closed for the day. It's school holidays, the weather was beautiful and there were people everywhere. A perfect opportunity to raise money for the Salvos and someone decided to close early. Obviously no business sense whatsoever.

Disgusting service! My mother came to purchase something from the cafe and she was refused service because she wasn't wearing a mask. My mother explained that she has a medical exemption and she was more than happy to present this to the staff as proof, but was still met with 'sorry cant serve you because you don't have a mask'! She was belittled and treated like an outcast! She had her young grandchildren with her who wanted a drink and an ice cream, so not only was she refused but she then had two young children that were now upset and couldn't understand why they couldn't have a drink and something to eat! I understand these times are difficult and scary, but we are all still human beings and need to treat everyone with kindness, compassion and understanding. Your staff should be ashamed of themselves!

my cousins, friend, sister and i (were all asians) came in and when we were about to order the employers told us that they were closing (this was at 2:48) and so we respectfully walked out but a second later this white lady came in and they took their orders right in front of us. We all didnt do anything but observe the cafe outside in the bench... as we were waiting in the bench this asian man with his kid came in and not even a second the asian man and his kid walked out with nothing. This is very disrespectful, just because we are ASIANS and BROWN they told us it was close but not the white lady. i may be a young teenager that dont know much but i know how to treat everyone thats different colour and ethnicities equally. We all felt very disrespected and hurt by the way you treat other kinds especially at this time of the year. its 2021 you should know better.
