First time visiting this branch today. Was helped by someone who has just started there and they were really friendly and helpful. Thought I would comment as this branch had a few negative reviews. Also great range of products ! Would deffinatley recommend.

Very rude staff and fool Absolutely terrible customer service! They have messed up several times before this but I received my order with missing items, there was no explanation as to why the items were missing so I sent an email to find out why. The customer service team seems to do everything in their power to be unhelpful and rude. I've then had a quick look on other retailer's website and found better prices elsewhere so I will not be purchasing from Sally's unless it is a last resort as I cannot handle dealing with their customer service team ever again.
