Salon Kaia – Wollongong

Such a lovely experience! All of the girls were super welcoming, especially Jess who looked after me. I have never felt happier with the colour, cut or style of my hair. The wash basins were so comfortable as well. They didn’t leave me with a sore neck like most basins do. In addition I was also offered beverages and biscuits during my appointment. Jess made sure I had everything I needed and was super relaxed during my time at the salon. I can’t wait for my next appointment with the team!

Jess from Kaia took care of my hair and did such an amazing job! She went above and beyond what I expected and I am so grateful to have a senior hairstylist nearby that I can trust! Can’t wait to come back to this gorg salon and be pampered again.

Hannah was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair, I could not be happier! We had a good conversation about what I was after and like magic she managed to do exactly what I had pictured in my mind which would not have been easy given how horrible I am at describing what I want. This salon is amazing. From the moment you walk in you know that you are in capable and creative hands. You receive a lavender oil hair massage to start with and then the consult begins. Sit back and trust the process as Hannah works her magic. You won’t be sorry. Walked out feeling so happy with my new colour. Oh the basin massage chair is next level comfort!
