Salon 7 Hair And Beauty – Geelong

After being turned down for foils by another salon in Westfield, I came to Salon 7 for a second opinion and see what they could do to my hair. The ladies were so lovely and so welcoming, what I really loved was their complete honesty on what they would be able to do with my hair as far as colouring goes. I had Justine work on my hair and oh my goodness, she was absolutely amazing! She did such a wonderful job on my new do! Thank you so much Justine! I shall be returning soon xx

Had an absolutely amazing experience for my first time here today! Got full head foils with toner etc and I am so happy with results! Had the manager Jennifer do my hair and she’s super talented. Highly recommend!

Its been great experience from the very first day. Lovely ambiance and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.🌟

A relative of mine went in and they told her total would be $150 for what she wanted done. Sounded right. Once she sat down, halfway through the job, the receptionist came over and said that the quote was incorrect and it was actually going to cost total $250. This was after the job was half way through. They were at fault and put her in very uncomfortable position, relentlessly telling her she had to pay the $250. When she asked to speak to the manager, the receptionist got defensive and stormed out crying. They ended up settling on $198. Very bizarre unpleasant experience. And after all that, the cut was only average anyways.

Claudia is very sweet and understands what customers wanted. However, the other staff who is in reception area told me that fringe will go out of style when I just ask them personally what fringe style would look better on me, she also told me that they don't have enough time just to get mine done although no customers was there waiting for their service.
