Fantastic yoga centre with very knowledgeable teachers. I have been to classes lead by Anthea and Kirstie and they are both wonderful teachers and will gently guide you to meet your edge. Highly recommend

Whilst pregnant I attended Sara's pregnancy yoga classes on a Saturday morning. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to exercise and relax during pregnancy. Sara was a brilliant teacher and I always left feeling much better than when I arrived!
