So first of all the people that worked there were not welcoming and they scared me a little so not a good way to start. Secondly the acrylic tips that i got were the wrong shape - we asked for oval and we were given round. This is not what we asked for. Thirdly, the same fingers were different lengths so it looks bad and cheap. The acrylics were also EXTREMLY thick and they look like they were NOT professionally done. Next thing - the nail polish that was put over the acrylic tips that we got was badly put on and rushed. It has already been chipped and mostly come off within a week. Then the nails were not done up to the cuticle, which also makes it look bad and cheap. This place is busy and they rushed my nails leaving them to look bad. This place is also small and doesn't have the room it needs and is crowded and not comfortable Lastly, one of my nails is already peeling off and is causing a lot of pain. This was not worth the £30 it cost me. Will not be returning anytime soon and will get my nails done elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Came here with my grandma to get her nails done for the first time. Great service, with lots of care taken to make sure our nails were perfect. Could do with some more atmosphere - maybe some background music?

Quick, efficient service. I have never been disappointed with the quality of the work. The nexgen nails are AMAZING. Don’t expect a conversation with your technician, conversation is limited and that suits me just fine.

Okay so when we walked in they were really rude and unwelcoming. Then the nails were done really poorly and rushed and they did not go close enough to the cuticle so it made them look like they needed redoing as soon as I came out of the salon. The polish was done really poorly and it’s coming off really easily and is patchy in some places. They shaped the nails really badly and they are so thick and uneven. Some of them are even wonky. Not worth £30 what so ever.
