Been phoning since 9.00am this morning to renew a prescription for my wife. Both prescription line and surgery line have been off ALL day. Shocking service. Thank goodness we don't actually need to see someone!!!

Some of the staffs are helpful, some are not. It will take years to request for something to be done

Some of the staffs are helpful, some are not. It will take years to request for something to be done. I understand the practice have been busy, but i do not think they care that much unless you push something. Just dissatisfied and disappointed.
